Which blends is the flask made for?
It's designed for our warm blends: Rise for your morning and Dream for your evening. For Apex and Infuse, our bottle is the better fit.
How does the temperature display work?
Tap the LED screen on the lid and it shows the real-time temperature of the drink inside for 3–4 seconds, then switches to power-saving mode. For the most accurate reading, give the closed flask a gentle swirl first so the temperature evens out.
How long does it keep drinks hot or cold?
Up to 12 hours hot and 9+ hours cold, thanks to double-walled vacuum insulation with a copper-coated inner wall. Results vary depending on how hot or cold the drink is to start with and the temperature around it.
Will it leak in my bag?
The locking lid seals tight to prevent spills and leaks, so it's made for bags, backpacks and commutes. Make sure the lid is fully closed and locked before you pack it.
Can I shake my drink in the flask?
Stir your blend in when you make it, then swirl gently rather than shake. Shaking hot liquid in a sealed flask can build pressure under the lid. Take care with hot drinks and keep out of reach of children.
Does it make a good gift?
Yes. Its clean design and smart display make it a thoughtful gift, especially paired with a pouch of Rise or Dream in a Starter Kit.
How do I clean it?
Hand wash with warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. The display is waterproof, but we recommend keeping the lid out of the dishwasher to protect the electronics.
